Good Customer Service


Some would say you shouldn't talk about it, just do the repair and keep it quiet.
But I am not perfect and sometimes even though you check and double check it a minor flaw gets through or the buyer might break it accidentally and need a repair . I am still very new to selling less than one year. But I know how hard I work for my paycheck. So when I started selling , I wanted to make sure I offered quality work in my loose beads and jewelry. A 100% guarantee no questions asked, I hate it when I go to the store and they give you such a hassle. Well I had to repair a bracelet, minor repair a little star spacer broke or I just didn't see it after I did my final look before shipping. Not really noticeable, but I know my eye would go straight to it and even though it's tiny it would shine like a neon sign . So I finished the repair and sent the bracelet back to it's owner. I feel very good about this, because I know I have done my best and the bracelet looks gorgeous. I did add a couple of dangles to it I hope she likes them . And Sue , thanks so much for being such a wonderful customer ,
you always make me smile.

The way you handle issues like this will bring you many loyal customers, I'm sure.

I have missed my gorgeous bracelet and can't wait to have it "home again". But, mostly, I really do appreciate how much you care about your work and stand behind it. I might have somehow broken the spacer myself or maybe it was that way all along...I really appreciate that to you it doesn't matter..what is most important to you is that your beautiful work is made whole again. It shows how much pride you have in your art. Believe me, it shows.

Great customer service, for sure! I am very new to selling jewelry..but, if my customers ever have problems, I will do my best to stand behind my work the same way that you do.
